Yes, as long as they are under your supervision. If someone else wants to use it they should purchase their own copy.

How many computers can this be installed on?

You are granted a single user license, which means that you can install it on as many computers under your supervision. For example if you you have a lab in which you will be using the program you can install it on all of those machines. Generally, the programs can be use on any machines under your supervision.
