This is an activity that you can use as a center or assessment tool for assessing special nouns (tooth--teeth), nouns that end in O (consonant Y an vowel Y), and nouns that end in Y (consonant Y and vowel Y). It contains 3 sorts. I usually laminate the work mat, and laminate the word cards. You could have the students cut and paste the words onto the chart.
