In this tiny activity pack, you will receive these 5 fun activities for teaching about adjectives!
*Give me 5!- students use their 5 senses to describe a marshmallow (pages 4-6). You'll need to provide a bag of marshmallows for this one!
*Marshmallow Similes- students choose one of their adjectives and create a marshmallow simile (page 8-10).
*Adjectives are sweet!- students draw
pictures of marshmallows with and without teacher given adjectives to discover the
importance of using adjectives in writing (pages 12-13).
*Marshmallow Maze worksheet- students color in a path of adjectives to lead a
marshmallow to safety and away from being roasted at a campfire (page 14)!
*Smore adjective practice- students build a smore, using adjectives to describe each layer (page 15-19).
