This is a great way to teach your students about Martin Luther King, Jr. and everything that you need is included. I have the lesson plan typed out for reference. There is a picture and quote of Martin Luther King, Jr. that can be printed out for students to color. There is a KWL chart and an "I have a dream" speech bubble, which can be part of a craft activity. I have included a brief biography of Martin Luther King, Jr. along with a few discussion questions/journal prompts that you can use with the class.

The lesson says that it is for first grade, but it can be used with higher level K or lower level 2 as well. ENJOY!
