A great intro at the beginning of the year...A Math Bio Doodle is a math biography in a picture form. Students are a asked a series of math related questions and then asked to incorporate each and every single one of their answers into a picture..or "doodle".

I used this activity in the middle of the year when starting the new semester. It was great to see my students really unleash their creativity and to give me some new insight into them :)

Very clever idea. It would be nice to have a model, but the absence of one does provide the teacher with a good opportunity to create her own or even demonstrate in front of the students.

I didn't see the example either and without that it really doesn't make sense. How do you translate the answers to the questions to a math doodle?
