I just downloaded this and none of the words or numbers are on my download. Several of the snowmen have black boxes on them. Is it the download or my computer? I just bought three downloads. Not happy with this one.

At the top of your "my purchases page" it says this:
If you purchased a PDF and it is blurry after you open it, solve it this way: on a MAC or PC, install the latest version of ADOBE READER. Then, open the file with ADOBE READER. That's it. On a MAC, make sure to "Open With" ADOBE READER and NOT Preview. If it's still blurry, that's because you are still opening it with Preview!
Please do not leave poor feedback for user mistake. Always contact TpT help desk or the seller first. I suggest you contact TpT so you can retract your negative feedback.

Hi there
I purchased the pack "math centers and games with snowmen and mittens" from Kathleen Pedersen, and there are black marks on many of the pages. The black marks are on some of the snowman which blocks the dots for the "snowman dot" cards. The black marks appear on multiple pages both at the beginning and some near the end. I requested that TPT email me the document to see if the black marks would disappear, but that did not help. There is also no printing or words on any of the pages which I am assuming you do have on there.

Growing Kinders (TpT Seller)
There is a simple solution! You will need to upgrade your PDF viewer to Adobe Acrobat 9 or newer. (I think 10 is out). If you are using a Mac - you may be opening it in preview. Be sure you are opening it in your PDF viewer. If you have any more difficulties, feel free to e-mail me.

Then as I scrolled through the games, there were black, smeary lines instead of clear lines. Pages 2-4 have nothing on them. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks!

Growing Kinders (TpT Seller)
You will need to download a newer version of Adobe Reader - you can do it at their website. If you have a Mac, you will need to make sure that you are not opening it in PREVIEW. If you are still experiencing difficulties after you try either of these solutions, please e-mail me (e-mail on packet) and we will work together to fix the problem!
