This document is handy for correcting missed items on your unit math tests. The students make the correction within the space provided, and reflect on whether they are all set, or still need further help and instruction for the particular item.
I'm a special ed. teacher who now has to prove with physical evidence that my students are receiving accommodations. This will be great for those students who are allowed to correct failing assignments and tests for !/2 pts!! Thanks!
Thanks Tammy! The response from parents has been great with this. They love the idea that their kids are learning from their mistakes. Plus I can find out very quickly who still needs help. The students are much more honest on paper than verbally when needing help.
