Fall, Halloween, and Thanksgiving Math Journal Prompts for Kindergarten
Students will add and subtract pumpkins, count leaves, compare and measure rakes, count and compare candy, use shapes to draw jack- o'-lanterns and more with this set of 43 (2 of each version, so 86) Common Core based journal prompts. There are 2 versions of each prompt in order to allow for differentiation. There are at least 2 sets of prompts that address each standard. The standards addressed by each prompt are also listed at the bottom of every page!

Be sure to download them again because I just added double the number of prompts! I made an easier version and a more difficult version of each prompt to help with differentiation. Plus, I reworded a few, as well. Thank you so much for leaving feedback! :)

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching for almost 13 years, most of them spent teaching pre-K and kindergarten. I also have experience teaching up to 3rd grade. I have used my love of reading to develop a set of 30 phonics-based beginning reading books for use in preschool-first grade. In addition, I have developed sets of reading games and math games that can be used in the classroom or as take-home activities and can be adjusted to address various skill levels. I also have a range of hands on, cut-and-glue materials which keep young students engaged. They have proven to be a success in my own classroom and I'm excited to share them on Teachers Pay Teachers!
