The assignment is to cut out and match each equation to its alternate description such as a table, graph, description, or word problem. The descriptions include slopes, intercepts, points, etc. so that students can demonstrate their understanding that a line in algebra is a set of solutions to an equation and their ability to represent functions in multiple forms.
Product is user ready -- just copy and go. I love that I don't have to personally cut out each slip; because the problems and answers are mixed up, students can do the cutting! Planning to use with a remediation group today, thanks!
