Dear N Harrigan: I'm so sorry! I haven't heard of this problem before. First, are you letting it FULLY download before you click on it to open it? Sometimes we click too soon because it looks like it is all there, but we really haven't to wait. I do that sometimes, anyway. The other thing is you can open a help ticket on TpT and the help desk people will help you figure it out. Go to the bottom of the page, click on contact us, and tell them your problem. Thousands of people have been able to get this PDF so I think the TpT people can help you. Good luck! Carolyn

I am a National Board Certified teacher, with 28 years of teaching experience in grades 1-5. All my lessons in Power Point are also in Notebook for SMART Board. I have been a lesson plan writer and reviewer for the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE). My first teaching job was in Waseca, MN, in 1973. I taught elementary grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and gifted education classes. From 1994-2010, I taught for the Wayzata Public School District in Minnesota, and am now retired.
