Excellent resource for motivating and hands-on problem solving! This resource is a math operations (+, -, x, /) key chain for each student in your classroom. It focuses on the vocabulary that is often associated with each operation found in math word problems/ number stories. What a great way to reinforce math operation vocabulary with your students. Often times my students will say that they are "unlocking a word problem" using their very own math operations key chain.
There are 4 keys and a key chain label included in this resource. It is suggested that you print them on colored construction paper (8.5 x 11"). I use these with my students each year and have color-coded the keys.
Addition key- green paper
Multiplication key- pink paper
Division key- orange paper
Subtraction key- yellow paper
After printing this resource, just cut and assemble with a brass brad to hold the keys together. Your students will love this resource!
And if you like this resource, don't forget to rate it. Thank you!
Love this! They always lose their foldable with key words...but I'm sure they will keep their set of keys!

These will be great for the kids to have in their resource folder. I run out of room to hangs things on the walls that are important like this. Thanks.
I will have a "math tool box" folder at my store shortly that goes with the key chain. It is great for math reinforcement or test prep. Make sure to look back at my store for it.

I just purchased these from you. I am a fifth grade teacher and I was wondering if you can send me a editable version of the keys, I need to add more terms since I teach an upper elementary grade. Thank you. daisy.boutique2@gmail.com
