My students love this, they were so eager to finsh so they could check their answers with the iPads.
I did not have any problems with the printing and reading of the QR codes, even when I laminated the cards.

My students love these. I set them up as centers around the room. Once they figure out the answer, they get their own device and scan to correct their paper.

You need a smart phone (that can download apps), an iPad, or an iPod with a built-in camera. QR codes are read by using a free "Scan" app. Hope this helps!
