This survey has 44 questions students will complete. They will then graph their score and use the key to find their math attitude evaluation. There is also a fun class introduction game included as well as an extension activity to encourage students to work together in their math attitude groups to begin thinking mathematically about the world around them.

I have taught the last thirteen years in a variety of settings. From serving as a science teacher trainer in the Caribbean, science in an inner city, to teaching at-risk students in Rose Hill Kansas. I currently teach Anatomy & Physiology at Christ Prep Academy.
