Wow! I don't know where you both come up with your ideas, but they're awesome! My class has enjoyed the activities so much that I keep checking back to see what you two will come up with next! Thank you!
We thank you for your feedback and enthusiasm. Each story brings us certain challenges. This story was one of those where we had to really think, but it turned out just fine. Hollis and Gretchen

Wow! The core standards are in this and thorough as well. The activities are all hands on and engaging. Our favorite activity was the stoy plot wheel. Other favorites included the cuse and effect page, and comparing Max and Cool Ali. I think I just reported myself twice. Oops!
Looks like your feedback was received only once. Thanks for being so specific about which activities worked best for your class. We are thrilled that you saw the merit of our standards-based activities. Keep in touch! Hollis and Gretchen
We had to really dig deep to come up with the activities for this story. Please let us know which activities you find the most useful. Hollis and Gretchen
