This activity is great for busy teachers who want to keep track of independent reading. The bookmarks require minimal copying! All you need to copy is one double-sided piece of paper and you are ready to go for 5 weeks. Students complete the assignments on one of the five bookmarks. Then they cut the bookmark off and hand it in. You will always know what your students are reading.
