Template for a cover for a cafeteria milk carton.
Collect milk cartons from the cafeteria, wash them out,cut and glue this template on over the milk carton to create banks that the children can keep at their desk. You can use the bank a variety of ways.
1. Start each student with a certain amount of pretend money. Have them "pay" for services like... sharpening extra pencils, getting extra drinks of water,etc.
2. Students can earn "money" based on behavior and then at the end of the week they can purchase items from your "store" ( I collected things from yard sales and dollar stores for my "store")
3. Use the bank during math time to play center games/group activities where the students exchange money. (Different coins, same amounts)
