Your students will love to practice basic skills using these very colorful, penguin themed centers. In this mini-unit, you are purchasing ONLY the literacy centers.
{I will be posting all of the games in this mini unit individually and in a FULL Playful Penguin Unit, which also includes math centers.
**PLEASE DO NOT purchase any of the literacy centers SINGLY if you purchase this mini unit.**}
This unit contains 115 pages of 12 centers. All centers include a cover page (directions) and matching recording sheets.
The antonym and synonym game words come from Fountas & Pinnell's benchmarking kit. Game #1 (both skills) are based on first grade words that students should have *mastered* by the end of first grade (we know that doesn't always happen!). Game #2 is based off of 2nd grade words that students should master by the end of 2nd grade.

How do you make these centers? What program do you use? I don't mind purchasing things, but it would be nice to know how to do my own once in a while! Thanks,
