Your students will love to practice basic skills using these very colorful, penguin themed centers. In this mini-unit, you are purchasing ONLY the literacy centers.
{I will be posting all of the games in this mini unit individually and in a FULL Playful Penguin Unit, which also includes math centers.

This unit contains 115 pages of 12 centers. All centers include a cover page (directions) and matching recording sheets.
Literacy Units:
1. Antonym Friends #1
2. Antonym Friends #2
3. Penguin Pairs #1 Synonyms
4. Penguin Pairs #2 Synonyms
The antonym and synonym game words come from Fountas & Pinnell's benchmarking kit. Game #1 (both skills) are based on first grade words that students should have *mastered* by the end of first grade (we know that doesn't always happen!). Game #2 is based off of 2nd grade words that students should master by the end of 2nd grade.

-Two recording sheets are provided for differentiation.
