With over 20 years experience, my goal is to motivate students to learn. Keep in mind that I am flexible and I like to create new activities to change out from year to year. Hi! Great question! No, we read a variety of materials each month. It all depends on what we are working on at the time. Some novels take several weeks but I always throw in other materials too! Scholastic News is great for nonfiction. We read from leveled readers and poetry as well. I hope this helps! Ask away!
