This reading log is designed to make it easier on you as the teacher to know what books the child read that month as well as how often parents are checking the log.
When you finish filling out one log in a month you can simply place it in the child's data folder allowing you a simple way to keep a running record of the books the child read and how often they read. I found found this to be a great way to keep me organized!
I also have it in six weeks format and will post it later as well!
Also, if you would like this another format or for an other grade...send me an email. I am happy to adapt to meet the needs of others who might want something just a little different.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
I have been a teacher for the past nine years. In that time I have had opportunities to teach at two different campuses in a school district near Fort Worth, Texas. In the time, I have taught kindergarten, first, second and fourth grade. I have my Bachelors in Elementary Education and my Master's in Educational Administration. I am currently working on my dissertation to finish my PhD in Curriculum and Instruction.
