Months of the Year Cards + Seasons Poster - both hemispheres - PDF files

This resource includes two versions for both northern and southern hemispheres.
Includes two posters to learn the days of the month and year chant.
Your download has a one page poster displaying the 4 seasons with images. Each month of the year is represented with small cards and image and text. This resource also includes a cover page, chant posters and two worksheets as well as an ideas page including one art and craft activity for each season.
Includes polka-dots cover page.
Learn either of the two chants to help children recall the number of days in each month. Place the chant so that only you can see it. Read the verse out aloud, leaving out some words for children to interject. After this oral cloze exercise, complete a written one, by writing the verse on the board and asking children to complete, either in the writing books or on the sheets provided in this file.
Simple worksheets included based on the chant and also the months of the year.
