Moon Phases & Changes - "Papa, Please Get The Moon For Me" is an individual science and language lesson plan for students K-2. The lesson involves students charting the changes of the Moon and applying their new learning to the picture story "Papa, Please Get The Moon For Me" by Eric Carle. In addition to the lesson plan, there is a two week chart to be given out to each student two weeks prior to the lesson plan, chart of Moon phases, and an image of our Solar System.
