This made morning work and data tracking so easy in my class. The students come in, get out their journal, and start their morning work everyday. It was difficult having a different morning work sheet everyday, some students were falling behind, and it was confusing at times. Now all I have to do is write Today's Number and 2 unedited sentences on the board and they know what to do. You can either bind the pages into a booklet or hole punch for a pronged folder or binder. Included in this bundle is:
-3 journal title options (brain breakfast & data journal, brain breakfast journal, data journal...for those of us who like options)
-quality student outline & quality teacher outline (We do this at the beginning of the year in my school. Students draw on the outline and write things a quality student/teacher uses their body for. Ex. They would draw a line from the hands and write "hands for helping" or from the feet and write "uses marshmallow feet".)
-2 formats for data tracking sheet (one for every 5% and another for every 10%) - We use these to track our mad minute quizzes, multiplication facts, unit test scores, etc.
-2 formats of Goal Setting sheets
-Goal Reflection sheet
-Today's Number & Sentence Editing Morning Work Sheet
-Daily Weather Tally Sheet by month
-Daily Weather Bar Graphing Sheet by month
-Cursive Practice - The students write their name once a month in cursive to watch their handwriting improve
