Hello...I am trying to print your awards I purchased and every time I print them the Top Heading "Most Likely to..." is not clear to read (it is all black). I have tried it a few times and each time we are not able to read it. I am not sure what you will be able to do, but I would like to use them and will not be able to if I can't get the award to be more clear. Thank you!

That's weird because this is the first time I've heard this problem. My guess it's your printer or computer settings. Because its outline might be the problem. If you want me to email you a new copy with a topper not outlined email me at ashlyn1214@hotmail.com and I'll help you out.
