This PDF file contains everything your students need to create an adorable "Breakfast in Bed" shape book for Mother's Day. Included in the file are templates for 7 different breakfast items: eggs, bacon, toast with jam, orange juice, tea, fruit and pancakes. Each template also includes a matching journaling page for students to record the things they love and appreciate most about their moms. Glue these pages to the back of each shape, hole-punch the book, and tie with a pretty ribbon...Then all they need to do is deliver on a plate or tray bedside Mother's Day morning.
My third graders made this last week and they were fantastic! I used the patterns provided and let them trace them onto construction paper. I love that there was more than one option. Thank you for this!
