This is the page my students complete after reading Mud Walk by: Joy Cowley. The students complete and illustrate an addition number story that illustrates the example they are given. The students also participate in a "cooking/eating" activity. My students love addition when they can see it and taste it! (1 page activity sheet & 1 page instructions)

There is only a little bit of writing on the first page( two lines) and about 6 on the second - is this correct - if so it seems a bit pathetic!
