This is a bubble map I use for multiplication. I say a multiplication problem (up to 12) and they figure out the answer using the counters they place in the middle. I say 4X2 and they place 2 counters in 4 circles. If I use it for divsion I tell them the number of counters to put in the middle and then tell them the division problem and they place the counters into groups or groups of.
