This student report template is a great way to support primary children as they learn how to research information and write in expository or informative forms. This resource will complement your science study of the human body and provide a purpose and audience for your students to share their new knowledge.
During this research project, each of your students will select a body part to learn more about, draw diagrams with labels, discover what its function is, explain how to keep it healthy, and share amazing facts.
If done in class (as opposed to homework), this research could be structured individually or in cooperative pairings or small groups, allowing the children to learn with and from each other. Whether your children do this as a homework assignment or in class, plan for a sharing expo where the students can showcase what they learned.

Love this age appropriate lay out report form/model. The students will enjoy doing this report because it's simple to follow and the questions are written easy to search the answers to. Thanks...do you have any other report units such as this one made up? I'd love another...animal report, space/planets etc.

I have one for "Insects" specifically (same price, $1.50), but I can work on a generic animal report and space report if you can use those. For the space report template, are you thinking of planets only or other items such as the sun, moon, stars, etc.?

Hi hrmcnamee,
I don't have any plans to bundle the body systems products at this time. Typically, the "bundling" hasn't worked for me and customers request the items be sold separately. As a matter of fact, I'll probably take another bundled item of mine off the product list because it just doesn't sell and I've added new items anyway that aren't in the original bundle. I hope this doesn't deter you from getting what you want... downloading the four items shouldn't take much longer than downloading them combined. Thank you for your interest.
