Use this classroom form if you get back from a class trip a little early or as an eye opener the next morning. Students get the chance to record pertinent information about the class field trip, tell what they liked or didn't like, give it a rating, and draw a picture of something they liked. It makes a great filler activity if you return early. It also gives the teacher feedback on the class trip for future reference.
