Keeping track of your child or students in a positive way can be possible with these 2 great handouts!
Yes, see what your child or students did during the week - simply print the forms on a daily basis!
1.Tracking behavior - Created to encourage your child or students to behave by keeping track of what they did at home as well as at school.
2.What did you do this week at school? - The last section can be used for students to keep track of what they did during the week in each content area. Again, this could be done at school or given to parents to give them a chance to see what the child did at school during the week.
3.Rewarding - Finally, both parents and teachers can set up a minimum of checkmarks which can bring your students to earn points and be rewarded for what they have done.

This product's cover (Home Chart) is too grown-up to attract the buyers you want. I had to learn this as well since I teach college, but I've learned over time that products for PreK- 4 need to be cutsey. I know, it's hard for me as well. If you check out the two products below, you will see how I designed the covers for the different age groups.
Again, thank you very much for your suggestion. I am not sure how I can change it. I tried to open up the links you gave, but it did not work. Can you give them back again? (thanks!)
