A fun activity that is a nice change from the standard find-and-define vocabulary activities. Students define the vocabulary words they will encounter and then choose a word that is NOT a synonym for that word from a list of choices.

A fun way to introduce new vocabulary words as well as a way to review the words throughout the literature unit.

I have created a vocabulary building activity for every two chapters in the novel (11 pages in all).
