Packet includes: Luminous (adjective), Legacy (noun), Seething (adjective), Morose (adjective), and Escapade (noun).
Each Vocabulary Word of the Week has daily clue posters and the "answer" poster for Fridays. Daily clues include synonyms, antonyms, using the word in a sentence, and describing the number of letters/beginning letter. Create an interactive bulletin board, post the Mystery Word of the Week as a challenge, incorporate the clue in your morning meeting, or include this in your Work on Words during Daily 5. The alien theme is engaging to students and will be an asset to your classroom.

Are the words in the Pirate version the same or different as the alien one?

Great question! There are 5 different words in each set. The words are listed in the 2nd page of the preview for each set. The words in the Alien set are more challenging, so it is recommended for grades 3-5.
