This fun, colorful classroom newsletter is the perfect way to keep parents informed about what is going on in your classroom! This newsletter template is editable and customizable. Everything is set for you… All you need to do is add information to the text boxes. Then, print and fold! Use this newsletter weekly, monthly, quarterly, or every six weeks! Parents will appreciate the information, and you can foster a strong home-school relationship.
The newsletter is set up on two pages so you have plenty of room to discuss classroom happenings! You can print front to back so your newsletter will be on one piece of paper. I used the “duplex printing” feature on my home computer/printer, and the newsletter looks fantastic on plain, white paper!
The newsletter includes sections for:
-Learning goals/objectives; ways to help at home; important dates & events; reminders; help wanted; spotlight/star students; specials schedule; birthdays; class blog or website; and fun stuff/ trivia. You can easily swap or remove sections in the brochure using Microsoft Word. Simply click in the text box and add or remove text! If you need help, just e-mail me at TheHappyTeacherTPT@gmail.com and I'd be glad to assist you!
I used TWO unique fonts when creating this document: “Cinnamon Cake” and “Tuna and Hot Dogs on Rye.”
**If you would like to use the same fonts I used in the template, you can download them for FREE online. After you download the font, open the folder and click “Install.” It’s so easy… You will be done in just a few seconds!**

Love the trifold format so I can have more info on one page of a newsletter.
Also I like the flexibility of being able to add photos and clip art to decorate.
I can't download the fonts, I get a message that Safari and Chrome don't support it. :(

Hi..I just purchased your great newsletter trifold, however, when I downloaded it, I am not getting both pages. It appears that the second page is overlapping the first one! HELP!!!!!!!! I love this format and would like to begin using it asap.

Hi Linda! Are you by chance using a Mac? I've had one other buyer that had a similar issue, and it was because it was a Mac. What's your e-mail address? I may have to send it to you as two documents to prevent the pages overlapping! :) I promise we will get this worked out ASAP!

In 2006, I student taught in a dynamite 3rd grade classroom in Tallahassee, FL. I had two incredible mentor teachers that really influenced my teaching style. My first "official" teaching job was in Boise, Idaho. I taught morning and afternoon Kindergarten for a year. I swore I'd never teach another grade because I loved Kindergarten so much! In 2008, I moved to Texas and began teaching first grade. I recently accepted a position as an Instructional Specialist in Reading & Math (K-2) for my district.
