Here is a collection of clip art I put together that is approximately the same size and can be used to create a Nativity Scene.
I have the kids put popsicle sticks around the nativity and hay around baby Jesus to add the 3D effect.
I have done this two ways:
1) glue down on large piece of construction
2) diorama style using cardboard and such to create stand up movable pieces.
Either will work and either has its pros and cons. The construction paper scene can easily be displayed to decorate halls and room. The diorama style allows the kids to "play" with it which they LOVE to do.
