Do you need to introduce Economic Resources in an exciting, interactive way? This 5 page interactive smartboard lesson does just that. It uses the theme of making ice cream and introduces the natural, capital, and human resources needed. Students can move items to check the answers and use magic erase to find the answers underneath. I actually make ice cream in zip locked bags with my students before the lesson to get their minds thinking. At the end, they have to apply what they know to record the resources needed to make a cheeseburger.
