This powerpoint lesson introduces students to types of variables and easy to learn ways to identify them as well as scientific ethics, analyzing data, data tables, graphing, how to write a hypthesis and the new "scientifc method". In addition, this powerpoint lesson provides students with many important notes. I follow up this lesson with my various labs on variables and graphing available here. This PowerPoint has too many words per page. In addition, it is hard to follow your train of thought without teachers notes at the bottom of the slides. I feel like you might be giving your students stories and examples, but I don't know what they are. I will stick with the PowerPoint that came with the book this time.
