This flippy book would ben an excellent addition to an economics unit. It distinguishes between needs and wants, including having students identify needs and wants from a given set, as well as coming up with their own personal needs and wants.
To "assemble" the flippy book, copy, fold in half "hotdog style" and then again "hamburger style" and you have an instant little book for each student!
