A set of 10 project challenges to accompany the book, "Neil Armstrong is My Uncle and Other Lies Told to me by Muscle Man McGinty", by Nan Marino. These challenges are designed to give students the opportunity to create timelines, bio boards, reports, invitations, etc. that will extend the book. A great way to differentiate! I have taught for 16 years in a large, urban, public school district (I have taught in three different schools) and I LOVE it! I taught self-contained, multi-age gifted class for past seven years. Prior to this assignment, I taught regular ed 4th and 5th grades. I am now in an at-risk school teaching 5th grade! I am so lucky to have such great students, past and present!
