With the stress of the new evaluation process, I needed to create a template to help me not freak out! In the few weeeks since I've had this plan, I have felt so at ease and ready for anyone to walk in my room and surprise me with an unannounced visit! I have already received a score of 4/5 using this template! I'll use it every day from here on out!
Maybe you aren't worried about your evaulations and just want a template to work from! If you connect with either of these ideas, then this is product is for you!
With notes for putting in hyperlinks and great ideas, you won't want to miss out on this product! Many people from school have been asking to use it! It can be converted to an Activboard flipchart as well.
Hey there! Another stressed out Tennessee teacher here, preparing for my upcoming evaluation. Thanks for this...it will hopefully keep me from forgetting something important. (As if I don't have enough to remember teaching a K-1 inclusion class. LOL) I really appreciate it!

Am excited to have an outline that addresses the new expectations for evaluations. I teach Soc & Sci in 7th grade so some adaptations will be needed. I typed a word version that I can duplicate and use to " fill in" the power point each day - that would have been helpful with the ppt. BUT you provided a great springboard for me to use. Thanks!!!
