I am now a Hilary wanna be! And, happily, since I don't have her creative talents, I can buy her products. I love her cover pages, which are eye catching and easy to spot in my files (paper and electronic) and the quality of the student pages. I used the Resolutions page this year and got some great writing from my students.

Hi Hilary,
Love this idea! I'm having a problem with page two, where it seems you have some text typed across the page, but it just comes up as a big blur for me. This is not the first time I have encountered this problem, but it is the first time I have contacted the seller... I just wondered if there is something I am doing wrong?
If you don't know, it's no prob, as the stuff on pages 3 onwards comes up no problem. (Small blur on last page too)

Do you have a mac? If so, You need to open in the Adobe program, not in the preview option. You may also need to update your Adobe to the newest version. If you have access to a Windows machine, you shouldn't have trouble either. Let me know if you have any other problems.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Balanced Literacy, Classroom Management, Study Skills

I have been teaching for 25 years. I have taught kindergarten and 1st grade...then began to loop with 2nd and 3rd graders. I absolutely loved looping! It was so exciting to watch the growth in those little buggers over a two year period....and talk about getting attached! Those little people, their families and I became very close. We stopped looping a few years ago when we changed principals. I'm trying to talk my new principal into letting me team teach with a friend....we just want to knock out one of the walls!
