Demonstrate the way to organize a presentation on one of the states by showing your students this Power Point Presentation on New York State. Areas covered: state facts, government, landmarks & attractions, famous universities and sports teams. (11 slides total.)
You can assess your students in the following areas when they create a PPT of their own: content, organization, attractiveness, originality and mechanics. You can also give them a grade for their oral presentation of the slide show.
