Fantastic! My students loved making David. We then wrote rules and made a video using our own "David". Things like "No David, we don't hit our friends" to "No David, eating candy doesn't make us strong". We're going to e-mail it to our parents. It was a great exercise on reading, writing, and creativity.

My students loved making the David figure. We read David Goes to School and then talked about how we could be peacemakers in our classroom. They then colored, cut, and glued David together. They loved it!!
