(I created this template for use with my fifth graders when they were preparing for the Listening Comprehension part of the NYS ELA Test.)

Provides a basic format that is clear to the student. The student who has difficulty with abstract thinking can use this form for tangible facts and evidence he/she needs to comprehend.

I'm a fourth grade teacher in Rhode Island. Before moving to Rhode Island, I taught fifth grade for three years in the NYC Public School System.
