These noun books serve as support for teaching nouns to students. It has 7 pages for the students to fill out (including the cover). It also includes directions for classroom use! The book starts off reviewing what a noun is and having students categorize nouns as people, places, or things. Then it goes into common and proper nouns. After, there are two pages on singular and plural nouns. The final page is a review of everything they should have learned. Although I designed this for my first grade class, it is perfect for second grade too!

Don't forget to check out my adjective, pronoun, verb, adverb, and preposition books too!

Hi! Thanks for your ideas! Is there supposed to be anything written on the pages? I only see graphics and gray/black lines, but no words.

Yes, there is supposed to be!! There should be words and lines for the students to write sentences. I'm sorry about that! Make sure that you have the most up to date Adobe Reader. That should fix the problem! If it doesn't, you can contact the Support Center here: http://support.teacherspayteachers.com/ or email me at amy_146@yahoo.com

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Grades Taught:

I've been teaching for the past 8 years. I've taught first, second, third, and fourth graders! I can't say that I have a favorite grade because I love each grade for different reasons. I just finished up my year with first grade and am looping up with them to second!
