This is a fun activity that can be used for practice and reinforcement with place value concepts.
The place value concepts are between 1 and 100. I use a similar game with fifth grade (available on this website), but adapted it for lower level elementary. It is played in traditional "memory" style. Students turn the cards face down and take turns attempting to match numbers with their correct word form.
It could also be played individually. I use it as a warm-up game, review game, or choice board activity in my classroom.

Help
I have taught for ten years in a variety of grade levels and socio-economic levels. I have enjoyed all grade levels that I have taught, and am enjoying my current work in Junior High! I have a B.S.I.S. from Midwestern State University and a Master's in Technology Integration from Nova Southeastern University. I have also worked as a Campus Technology Integration Facilitator, and have presented at local and regional conferences. I enjoy working with peers and students! They both provide new sets of challenges.
