This unit fits nicely with the Common Core Unit 1: A Colorful Time With Rhythm and Rhyme. It includes 13 Read It, Trace It, Put the Sentence Together sheets for common nursery rhymes. Each sentence has two versions- a tracing sentence version and a write the sentence version. Also included are pocket chart printables for "Old Mother Hubbard," "Little Bo Peep," "The Eensy Weensy Spider," "Hey, Diddle, Diddle," and "Humpty Dumpty." These also come with pictures and a page you can use for a poetry journal/notebook.
This unit also includes 3 rhyming games- Humpty Dumpty's Rhyming Wall, Old Mother Hubbard's Rhyming Cupboards, and Jack and Jill's Pails of Rhyming Words.
