HI Jennifer! I'm not sure as I don't have the promethean software. You really need to have smart notebook software in order to utilize my smart board lessons. You could try some of my free smartboard lessons available in my freebie category and see what happens. I am guessing that since the software is different, the interactive things may not work correctly. If my lessons don't work for you, I sure hope you find some great resources for your promethean from other sellers on TPT!!

Hi there! I did not include the Southern Ocean in this lesson but will put it on my list of "things to update." Since this was designed for the little learners and various sources do or do not include it, I went with the 4 for the lesson. I probably won't get to it this month, but when I do, it will flash that it's updated in "my purchases." :-) I'm so glad you like the lesson.

Hi Tammy! First, can I ask if you have the notebook software on your computer? This is a .notebook file created with Smart Notebook software. If you have a SmartBoard you will have this software. If you don't have the software, the file will not open. If this is the case, you can click "contact us" at the bottom of the page and explain what happened to TPT and request a refund. If you are new to TPT, be sure to check what kind of file is being sold (teachers are selling all kinds... word, pdf, notebook, active inspire etc.) You will need to make sure you have the software to open it. If this isn't the case and you HAVE notebook software, just let me know and I'll see if I can solve the problem. Thanks so much! Lisa
