Once Upon a Snow Globe is a writing activity that allows students to observe a variety of snow globe and create a story from the images they see inside. Included in this unit you will fine:
A cover page with globe to fill in.
A brainstorming List
Bubble map for organizing a story
Writing prompt pages
A gallery walk sheet for compliments and suggestions
Students will also work to infer what is happening in their friends snow globe illustrations.
Students will use the inferring snow globe cards to practice inferring. (16 Cards Total with response sheet.)
