These Grade 5 Learning Goals are based on the expectations in the Ontario Curriculum. This 408 page document contains 5 separate bundles zipped together (Language Arts, Mathematics, Science/Social Studies, The Arts, and Health and Physical Education). Each bundle is included in both PDF and Microsoft Word format in case you need to make any small changes to the language. Each learning goal is presented on a separate page in student language (We will ... ). These learning goals can be posted at the beginning of the day to let students know what they will be learning, or can be posted alongside work on a bulletin board. They can also be discussed at the end of the day as part of a Summary of Learning.

Thanks for providing the word version so we can tweak it! The curriculum expectations are dry, but your borders and colours have livened 'em up! Since I have to post them anyway, they may as well look fabulous! If only a colour printer and laminator came with each bundle :) We can dream.... Hello would it be possible to make two learning goals on one sheet in order to save ink and paper...coloured borders look fantastic and appealing, however, 408 pages would kill my budget for the year. Thank you for all you do...I visit your resources and website often.

I just purchased your bundle, with the hopes that it was fully editable. I see that the actual expectations are editable, however, your border isn't. Can you tell me how I could change '5th Grade' to '3rd'? Or tell me where you got those borders from so that I can download a grade 3 version? Thanks!

I made the borders, so because they are an image, they aren't editable. One thing you can do with the Word version (editable version) is to create a text box to place over the grade level. You could type in your own grade level that way.
