I really like your Gifted/Talented resources! We don't have that Reading adoption in my district but they look great! I would like to start a G/T forum on TPT sometime to share ideas, etc. Nice to meet another G/T teacher on TPT. During the course of my 35-year career in education, I have always tried to bring new ideas into my classroom as well as into my school and district. For twelve years I was the teacher of the 5/6th grade GATE class (until the model was changed to cluster grouping). Over the years I was the resource person at my school for many things, but especially those things connected to the education of the gifted and talented.

I have participated in District GATE curriculum work, and have been a GATE workshop presenter and on-site facilitator for teachers who wanted to learn more about Howard�s Theory of Multiple Intelligences and how to differentiate for their gifted students. From 2000-2005, I worked as a Peer Assistance and Review Consulting Teacher with a focus on helping Volunteer Teachers differentiate for GATE.
