Use your Imagine It decodable books to focus on and assess reading comprehension and writing skills.
Use these pages as a whole group activity with teacher modeling or as independent seat or center work. Students read the questions, locate and highlight answers in their decodable books, and then respond in complete sentences.
Each page contains comprehension questions that align with the Open Court online e-presentations.
This file includes comprehension worksheets for Unit 6 decodables #79-#87 and ANSWER KEYS
Great resource! We're on a copy budget, so I've been using them on the smart board to have students write the answers as we read the decodables. These (not just unit 6) have been great to teach them how to read the questions first and then record the answers as we find them. I have also been putting out a few spare decodables from previous units and laminating the corresponding question sheets. It makes for a great phonics review, more fluency practice, and an easy-peasy-no-prep center for the reading station.
